Helps me improve if you find a good teacher 👍👍
So far so good - no lessons taken yet
So far so good - no lessons taken yet, so my 3 stars are likely to change (I hope: for the better). One thing: there was an option to say some customization options to the teacher beforehand - but the app claimed I had no network connection to do so. Bug? Not a big deal, but a little drawback in using experience.
Don’t use this app
don’t pay if you are very sure that you find a good tutor and never request a refund because you cannot get a refund. If you find a tutor you cannot pay every time you have to pay a subscription which is 4 or more lessons per month. If you use one lesson and you find the tutor is not good then you CANNOT get the refund for the rest lesson. You buy the lessons by time and the tutor gets money by times but if you use one lesson you are not able to get the refund for the unused lessons. The platform will tell you that you can search and subscribe another tutor but refund, no way! Unreasonable! Image you buy something and give it back, the shop forces you buy another thing instead giving back the money. Why should I waste time on searching another tutor? If I continue to search, how about the new tutor is more expensive then i have to pay more on a platform that I am unsatisfied? Use preply useless your 100% sure and you don’t mind the refund.

Я позанималась на пробном уроке, не стала брать подписку, но через какое-то время, у меня загорелось, что если вы не отключите автоматически подписка будет продлена. Чушь! Потом купила пробный урок, а оказалось, что этот учитель в блоке, с ней нельзя заниматься, так как она из России.

Quite good, but still have bugs
Both web and mobile versions have bugs. Also no support in mobile version. Payments for subscription are quite random in time.
Horrible fees and unmotivated instructors
A strange service that is not suitable for sequential language learning. Horrible fees for both students and instructors, numerous unqualified and unmotivated instructors
Microphone problems
Hi! I’m having problems with my microphone, even if I allowed the app to use it, it seems like I didn’t accept it. I don’t have any similar problems with my other apps so I don’t know what is going on 😥
