Me gusta mucho aprender Español con Preply

I feel completely ripped off by this service. The webpage consistently denied my password, and even the face recognition on my phone failed to work, so I decided to try the app—but I faced the same issues, with password errors at every turn. I booked three lessons through the server—two were great, but one never happened due to these frustrating technical problems, and now I can't recover my money. The teacher is unhelpful since he has already been paid, and the customer support from Preply has been utterly ineffective. I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated; I simply cannot afford to lose this money. Thank you, Preply, for making me wary of online services again—I will revert to traditional methods and support local students directly by asking for lessons from now on.

The platform stole my prepaid hours and ignores my messages. I was promised my hours will be saved by Desiree Reichenbach and Sybelle Avedissian. And it’s just a lye!!!

In the past there were some sentences to practice and they are disappeared now or retired. It was useful not only learning the words but you were able to learn them via examples.

It’s an ok app to start practicing and the fact that you have a teacher for your self helps A LOT. However, is a matter of finding a good teacher. The true is that most of the people here are not teachers so not all experiences are good. It took me a while to find a good teacher and also to realize the type of help they can provide. If you find a good one, it can be a good experience to practice talking and making excecicses without expecting deep grammar explanation. Also the fact that this app automatically charge you per month… I find it a little tricky. Specially considering that you cannot see a teacher schedule till you pay …. So once I payed and my teacher was not available during the summer ….

The app is good enough but notifications are not working properly, it delays or do not even work at all.

I did not get the chance to try this app as the teacher cancelled on my class last minute, apparently the fee is stuck with her not refunded and I cannot book another teacher for that fee. If i want to book another teacher they charge me again, sounds like a gimmick, hope to get a refund will look for other vendors.

So very woth the time and money!! Would give 6 stars!

This is my favorite app to use! I love all my tutors that I met with! They’ve taught me a lot! If you’re reading this, you should definitely download this app if you want to learn a language.

Through Preply I was able to connect with an amazing tutor for a very reasonable price. I take lessons almost every week and appreciate the ease and opportunity to improve my Spanish. My tutor is excellent and I wouldn’t have found her without Preply. I highly recommend giving it a try.
