The app crashes all the time
Find another app
Very hard to engage meaningfully with customer service team. Very easy to select the wrong tutor. I selected 2 different tutors that by their profile appeared to teach through English however, they didn’t. I assumed when their profile & reviews were in English they thought Portuguese to English speakers… no! Very easy to take money from someone and hard to find how to get it back. Sorry. Just my experience is that it isn’t customer friendly.
Not a user friendly app
East to subscribe but extremely hard to cancel. Have some faith on your own platform? 50%+ tutors were late to classes per my experience. Not a lot but not usually on time. User interface is not very intuitive.
Dishonest subscription policy
TLDR: 1 click to subscribe and 100 clicks (if you find) to unsubscribe. It is really difficult to manage your subscription if your tutor in emergency or on vacation. You cannot easily cancel (you cannot find a button and you will be asked 100 times not to do it) even if it not your fault that you need to cancel subscription. Lost €60 euro because failed to find cancellation button and simply deleted account.

Disappointing
Twice I bought class and I didn’t have the class. It’s disappointing
Good app to learn a new language
However the refund policy is a shame, I booked a class a week in advance with a teacher, and the teacher came back to me 40 minutes before the class started saying she could not do the class, but when a student tries to cancel a class we can’t because there is a rule of cancellation, we need to cancel a class 4 hours in advance, what about the tutors cancelling the class? Why I can’t have my money back if was the teacher who cancelled it?
I love this app
I found this application to be incredibly useful and user-friendly.
