App won’t connect
I’m trying to log into the app with Facebook and the app won’t connect. it just goes back to the first screen, before login. There are no other options to get help, besides lengthy articles about general help topics.

The app is good but they are racist
DONT SUPPORT preply!!!! They send a message my teacher is blocked from the platform , because they block russia!!! W T F is the politics related to learn language and taking jobs from people ! Embarrassing

The teachers are so nice and good and teach amazing here is 5stars
Tacking money from your account even after you stopped taking lessons
Started working with the tutor, but after a month stoped since my schedule became busy. Was absolutely sure that I was not authorizing any payments. In two months realized that the app still was taking money from my account - it is not so obvious how to cancel their subscription!

Great App!!
New Subscription model is not good for all
Since sometime ago they started to allow only subscriptions users that require to subscribe to specific number of lessons per week, which is not working for me - the older way of keeping a credit of 10-20 lessons was way more convenient and financially safe.
