Unsafe payments system.

I changed my method of payment. I made payments with my new method of payment. Then, I get surprised that they were still charging the card that I disconnected from their website for the new hours I bought. Support said it’s because my new method of payment has a problem. Well, no error was shown during my purchase. Keeping our payment methods that we have disconnected is unsafe and a bad practice. This is as good as fraudulent charges. No solution was given.

Screen is pixilating at time.

The lesson is great. My concern is not with the teacher but the app itself. Many times during the lesson my screen pixilates (using smartphone). My internet signal is good so I don’t know where the problem is. Perhaps the app needs an update.
