The app itself is ok but the subscription options are a provlem and too restrictive. 

And if you don't book the lessons or constantly mess around with your subscription renewal date then your lesson credits expire. 

Why can't it just be flexible? Buy how ever many lessons you want or just buy credits when you want too?

I hate this app. They deliberately make it obscure to see when you are booking your lessons, and if you have a subscription, you pay for an amount of lessons and if you don’t use them all in the time frame then they just delete them, so you pay for lessons that you never recieve.

The teacher pays commission of 18-33% of the lesson cost. Also the student pays 13% of the lesson fee IN ADDITION! This means upto 46% of the lesson fees are taken by Preply! In addition, the teachers get ZERO payment for any trial lessons. This is frankly abusive and I’m not buying lessons through Preply any more.
