My problem is the text is only in Spanish. It would be nice if I could get the English equivalent without having to go onto Google translate.

Good app
Very easy to use

This is an amazing app to find any teacher. Great App
Don’t subscribe
-Even after my subscription was successfully canceled, and the notification about it received, the subscription fee was debited. And service desk isn’t helpful at all. -Lots of untrained tutors -you can’t choose 25 min classes for subscription. 50min classes only available. so if the tutor isn’t great, it kind of waste.
Spanish Lessons
Paid a small fee of I think about £6 for a trial introduction lesson which latest 25 minutes. It was informative easy going and came with no ties or commitments. I then paid for 8 lessons. The schedule, notifications and ease of the app is perfect. My tutor is great too. 5 star in my eyes.

The platform itself is wonderful! Payments, however, are extremely inflexible, especially if you need to make adjustments. A different program for payments is needed.
Glitchy
The app is glitchy. At the start time of my lesson, I clicked to join and was prompted to either "confirm my lesson" or "report it". I confirmed it. As a result the lesson disappeared and I was unable to access the link to join. By one minute into my scheduled lesson time, I had already tried to troubleshoot the issue and written to the tutor to flag the situation. It appears attempting to join a session at the exact scheduled time is not acceptable and triggers processes meant for after a session has concluded.

Kusuma is very excellent teacher and I can recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Thai
Massive help for practising language
I had been learning Spanish for 18 months quite intently though Pimsleur and Duo. Great learning resources but i needed to put it into practice. Came across Preply and found a tutor that i can have conversation lessons with, practise and learn with no pressure and at times that suit my hectic travel lifestyle on the the road.
Poor management of instructors rates, awful support
The app does not update the rates of instructors whose one have had lessons long ago. I did not realise that and bought a package of 4 lessons with an instructor, then when I had my lecture with this instructor I was told that I was underpaying him. I tried to contact Preply to get it sorted but they did not care. And I realised just now that the funds that I hadn't used yet in the app disappeared as well.
