Stop guessing which trucks got inspected today. Prepost replaces clipboard inspections with a guided photo flow that takes drivers under two minutes. HOW IT WORKS Drivers open the app, select their truck, and follow the step-by-step photo flow. Point and shoot — odometer, fuel gauge, front, sides, rear, and any damage. Every photo is time-stamped and location-tagged automatically. Pre-trip in the morning, post-trip at the end of the day. Done. FOR DRIVERS • Guided photo inspection — just follow the steps and tap the camera • Pre-trip and post-trip flows with clear progress indicators • Works offline — photos sync when you're back in range • Location-stamped proof that you were at the truck when you inspected it • Safety checklist included with every inspection • Manage multiple trucks if you swap between them FOR FLEET OWNERS • Real-time compliance dashboard — see every truck's status at a glance • Green means compliant, amber means in progress, gray means no activity • Calendar view showing daily, weekly, and monthly compliance history • Side-by-side pre-trip and post-trip photo comparison for every truck • Add trucks and assign drivers with simple access codes • Manage your team and fleet from one screen WHY PREPOST • Photo evidence beats checkboxes — you have proof, not just a signature • Built for small fleets (2-20 trucks) who need compliance without complexity • No complicated setup, no training sessions, no enterprise contracts • Your drivers will actually use it because it takes less time than the paper form SUBSCRIPTION Free for 1 truck with full features. Prepost Pro ($19.99/month) unlocks unlimited trucks for your entire fleet. Auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings. Built by a fleet owner who got tired of chasing paper.
