When I canceled my subscription it took from amount of money as the subscription Do do i get my money back?!!!

The app is free but when I downloaded it it start to require me money and I deleted it, after a while i got a message from the bank that this app need from me around 7$ per month and from that tell now i can’t download anything

Paid money for promised features that did not work.
Have a unresolved bug for months
I’ve being using this app for a long time, and the filters are nice, but what they don’t tell you is that if you reinstall the app or delete the photos from you “prequel” album on your phone, all your past edits are GONE. I also have a bug with opening previous edits for MONTHS now and the support keep telling me it will be fixed soon but it doesn’t! Can’t believe I paid for this!

There is too many lag in the app and it take a long time to apply the effect and sometimes crashed and get out of the app this is so annoying

после обновления перестало работать
приложение обновилось и фильтры больше не работаю. нажимаю на эффект или фильтр и появляется только бесконечный экран загрузки, и когда редактирую видео, и когда редактирую фото. проверила на нескольких устройствах, видимо, дело в приложение. пофиксьте пожалуйста!
