## Presence Reviews in United States

### *---- "Very Disappointed"
After using my presence for just over a year, it stopped working. I tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and still nothing. I’ve reached out via email (as that’s the only way) and have yet to get a response.
-- Teelle9, 2025-10-15

### *---- "Display won’t sync"
Wonderful idea if the display would sync to the app. I even bought the annual subscription but if it doesn’t work on the display it’s a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.
-- Apple-user55, 2025-06-10

### **--- "Doesn’t work consistently"
When it works it’s nice to have, but it stops working way too often so it’s off more than it’s on.
-- Srw5d6rr&tfd, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Constant upkeep"
Had this for a couple years and it never works it stays frozen on one picture. I have tried everything to no avail. I like the concept. But it is just an overpriced poster at this point
-- Nope100x, 2024-09-23

### **--- "Extremely limited content for free users"
I am really disappointed that most content is now behind a paywall. I have been a user for almost 2 years now and have been happy with the display even though the content seemed a bit limited. When I saw that it was moving toward a subscription model I thought “good for them, they will have the funds to create more content!” I didn’t think it would basically screw those of us that invested early on before there was a subscription model!! The ray that is currently playing on my display is under a paywall now so if I want to change it, I will have to pay to access what I’m currently seeing. I am super sad and disappointed in this. First they gather all the positive reviews, then they do a switch up and want you to pay. Throw your early users a bone at least and let us have grandfathered content or something.
-- Mayrina, 2024-08-30

### **--- "Free content now behind a paywall"
I liked my presence display and the app. Until recently I had no issues. Now I’m finding about 80% of the content I once received as part of the purchase price is now hidden behind a paywall. I understand new content being hidden away but now even old content is locked away. That’s a very deceptive practice and it needs to stop. Do better.
-- The Big Show, 2024-08-05

### *---- "Login issues"
Repeatedly kicked out of app and when trying to login it won’t work and won’t email me an access code. Very frustrating
-- okijde, 2023-11-09

### *---- "Pay $49.99: Last update 2 months ago"
It’s unclear what we’re paying for. Any info?
-- scottkle, 2023-09-03

### ***-- "Enjoying it but not enough free options"
The display itself is already expensive so I find it kind of absurd that most of the display options require a subscription. I think having the option to play a flat fee for display packs would be better.
-- Kelly Review 123, 2023-08-19

### ***** "A Must-Have App for Motivation and Inspiration"
The Presence app and display have been a game-changer for me and my family, filling our lives with inspiration and motivation! We adore the Inspiration and Productivity channels, which truly elevate our daily mindset.
When we faced an issue with our device, customer support helped to resolve it.
I wait to see more content for kids and parenting to engage the whole family.
