Firewall

App works fine, but there’s a firewall blocking so at the moment I can’t use it

No updates

Very poor app support. They do not update the app. No one responds to emails. No way to contact by phone. Cant even stream on the pro version since latest ios updates. I have sent numerous emails and no reaponse.

What’s going on with viewing my camera?

I can’t see it in real time just able to view videos. What’s going on?

I cannot remember the last time I’ve seen any updates on this app! I’ve been a Pro subscriber for at least NINE YEARS! Every few seconds, the app is acting like I’m trying to delete ny saved devices!

Terrible app! where is my videos?

All of my videos were deleted, even though I put a star next to them, requesting that they not be deleted. Are very important and now they’re gone and unrecoverable. Don’t trust any of their features.

Crappy app

This is a rip off, the app never worked right and now I can’t cancel it!

Crashes when it records

Kinda defeats the purpose of this app. It works great until it detects motion, sometimes it will record and then crash, otherwise it just crashes. My camera device is a 5th gen iPod touch running iOS 9. No point to contact the company, the parent website now points to a home caregiver site.

Is this a scam?

I downloaded it and accepted their “strong password”, and took a screenshot. I look at screen shot to get password and the password isn’t in the screenshot. What? How is that possible? I tried to reset password and it sent me an email to reset it, which brought me right back to the app with no option of changing the password. I went through the process at least 3 times and realized that it was impossible to set up the account. I deleted the app. I give it one star bc you have to give it at least one star. I should video the process and post it. The app can’t stop a video recorder from recording it, like it prevented the screenshot. Is this a scam?

A Dud

This worked ok until it didn’t. At first it would connect but was blurry, still, it was functional and I could see what was going on at home. After a couple days, though, it just stopped working completely. The camera was grayed out and showed the last time it connected but would no longer connect no matter whether I was on data or WiFi. Glad I didn’t get the paid version, won’t even consider it now.
