## Presence Video Security Camera Reviews in United States

### *---- "No longer works"
Has been abandoned by the developer for more than a year. They should give a notice in the app and the App Store
-- castilcl, 2025-08-06

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Literally what the guy wrote on April 21 is what I was gonna say word for word.
-- SdotFresh419, 2025-07-19

### *---- "I used to love this app"
I got a notification the certificate has expired & a possible data leak so I should change my password. I tries but got another stating a website may be impersonating Presence. It took me to X-Dailey. I looked it up & it’s associated with an auto company. I’m very sad this is no longer supported.
-- K Kpreston, 2025-07-03

### *---- "Not working as expected"
Tried the app, not working. Plus it’s a Chinese company. Now way.
-- dja2112, 2025-04-22

### *---- "No longer works"
I have used this app for at least 8 years maybe longer and it was amazing as a second monitor. But it will no longer connect to remote cameras. I have tried everything that has worked in the past…from deleting the apps on both devices…to searching for updates on both devices(none available for either)…to turning devices off and rebooting. Very disappointed and it leaves me to go elsewhere. And perhaps the most frustrating part is the time I’ve lost attempting to get it to work. Leaving it and coming back to it days/weeks later just certain it will work this time and then going through all the troubleshooting steps all over again.
-- Gal 31, 2025-04-21

### *---- "Awful!"
I upgraded to pro thinking i will be able to use and connect to my phone remotely.

Motion sensor works fine records the movie but quality is really bad.

I am not able to connect to do live stream.

Most of the functions are not working.
-- Workaholic123323, 2025-04-12

### *---- "Remote viewing"
I’ve tried everything and for some reason I am no longer able to remote view anything at all. Did the app change? Is there no longer remote viewing available? What the heck am I doing wrong?
-- angel mancuso, 2025-04-06

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Doesn’t work
-- d33psp33d, 2025-03-19

### *---- "Not working, give a firewall blocking port 443"
Not working, give a firewall blocking port 443. Been using it for years now.
-- JoBlo4774575, 2025-03-10

### *---- "Love this app but no developer support"
I’ve used this app for over 5 years for motion detection. Recently I discovered the remote live streaming doesn’t work (used to). I don’t think any development is happening for this product so unfortunately it has limitations.
