## Present Moment Description
A gentle reminder to return to now.

Present Moment is a simple mindfulness app designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present - without noise, feeds, or gamification.

Each day begins with a short quote from mindfulness teachers and thoughtful voices. Throughout the day, gentle reminders invite you to step out of autopilot and notice what’s here.

No streaks. No performance pressure. Just small moments of awareness.

Features:

- A daily quote to center your day
- Periodic reminders to check in and refocus
- Simple, minimal design that stays out of the way
- Easy sharing of daily reflections

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or deep in your practice, Present Moment offers a quiet companion for daily awareness.

If you find it helpful, consider leaving a review - it makes a meaningful difference for small, independent apps.

## Present Moment Reviews in Canada

### ***-- "Good idea BUT"
It only allows you to set how many daily reminders and for how many hours.

Consequently you can't set specifically when you want reminders-so if you work like I do, as a therapist, and I turn my phone off on the top of the hour so as not to be disturbed, I cannot set the reminders to come in two minutes before the hour, when I would be able to receive them.

It seems like an easy upgrade, and if they had told me this before I bought it-I wouldn't have bought it.

Please enrich the features so that it is functional for more people.

Once you do, I'd be eager to recommend it to my patients.
