I just purchased the sale amount for all of the Lightroom features and then never received any of the features!! Please someone reach out to me.

Doesn’t work
I downloaded and paid for premium, the app won’t open or save the presets so completely unusable I want my money back. DO NOT GET THIS APP My phone doesn’t even bloody recognize that I’ve downloaded it, I followed all instructions and I can’t copy to Lightroom 😡🤬why is everything bloody difficult
False advertisement
On your app it’s says you can buy one time purchased onlyWhich I did and now it tells me otherwise tell me I have to pay monthly so unfortunately I had to cancel.
