## Press Coffee Roasters Reviews in United States

### ***** "The app is ok"
The app is ok but I’m not paying for the app. I’m paying for the breakfast sammy!!
-- sophiaalyce, 2026-06-05

### *---- "This app is a recession indicator"
This app is nearly unusable. I can’t even get into my account since they downgraded
-- Zander Tatum, 2026-04-28

### ***-- "App issue"
Just an FYI, the Sprouts Miller latte option in the app doesn’t have a Flavors option to add syrup when other drinks do and other locations Latte options have a flavor selection.
-- PhxMel, 2026-04-11

### *---- "Really?"
The worst. Period.
-- Fung Shwey, 2026-03-17

### *---- "worst app ever"
this app is terrible!
-- Hudeyhvdhhcsgkn, 2026-03-09

### *---- "Trash App"
App never works and you have to sign in constantly.
-- epsanche23, 2026-03-06

### *---- "App sucks/wont give refunds"
I give up on these guys. Their app sucks. mobile orders get sent to wrong locations. it happens so frequently they have a laminated QR code at the counter to “request” a refund. The employees have no empowerment to make you the coffee unless you pay again. The QRcode form continuously kicks you off. So getting a refund is nearly impossible. Sorry PRESS! After a year of being loyal I’m walking away because your customer Service and app sucks so bad!
-- shellyruth, 2026-02-14

### *---- "Horrible app"
Ever since they completely redid the app it is horrendously glitchy, slow and makes it extremely hard to order.
-- HayyBr, 2026-02-09

### **--- "I love Press. Hate the app."
Every iteration of this app is worse and worse. I’m ultra loyal been going for years customer and this new version 1/2026 is having me leave this review because now it is just awful. They clearly haven’t talked to how people use the app and it just gets less streamed& more user steps. People are generally in a rush to get their coffee. Driving even. You can’t even READ the new app the font is so small. Massive fail team.
-- HonestCriticAz, 2026-01-13

### *---- "Bring back the old app"
I used to get press every am because of how convenient the old app was (they changed it mid 2025)

I don’t know who sold them on this “re-vamp” but it is unusable, and it lost my business.
-- Jake Alofz, 2025-12-11
