Library Card Sign-in No Longer Works

Tried to do my weekly reading of content on PressReader, but was unable to do my usual sign-in using my library card. I was initially surprised by the requirement to sign-in, because I had done so the previous week and sign-ins usually last for a few weeks. I carefully follow the sign-in steps with no indication of errors, but can’t seem to enable the “read” button. I’ve confirmed that my library credentials are valid and that the library still has a subscription. I’m now suspicious that the app update of five days ago is the culprit. Useless to me as-is.

in paper mode when you zoom in the text is blurry

the scans need to be more high resolution cause i like reading off the image not the regular format of articles.

Very glitchy and doesn’t let me login through my library as it should. Waste of time

For some reason my account keeps getting logged out while there is no wifi nice otherwise only if you have a library account or it’ll cost you a lot of money to get the magazines

constantly have to re-login if using library login

Library login not working anymore

When I try to login after choosing the library option, the sign in button doesn't respond. I am choosing Toronto public library but after that the login button didn't work. Please help as this option used to work earlier

Impossible to log in via library

I used to love the app but lately it has been near impossible to log in via the library. After logging in in the web browser, it was usually logged in in the app as well, but lately the app won’t connect to the library anymore.

Plante avec iPadOS 17

Malheureusement, maintenant l’application plante depuis que j’ai installé iPadOS 17 sur le nouvel iPad Air! Fonctionnait très bien avec iPadOS 16…

Crashes in seconds now

I use this daily to read the local newspaper, unfortunately after the latest release, it would crash within a couple of seconds of the app opening and keep doing so. The work around that corrected this for me, was to remove the app and then reinstall it. Seems to work properly now. I will update should that change.
