## Prestige Car Service Reviews in United States

### *---- "WORST APP EVER."
First of all, the first time i tried calling they hung up on my face and they didn’t even let me finish, they are rude and disrespectful, i decided to give it another chance but its just disrespectful.
-- ilovey.5x, 2024-10-11

-- Destruida 30 menos, 2024-08-16

### *---- "It took more money"
I’ve been calling the base for a cab to go to work and come back home and every time I call the base for both rounds it’s $16 each round. I decided to use the app today for the first time and they charged me $25 although they see the history that I’ve been using the cab company and I’ve been charged $16
They still let the app charge me $25. They didn’t do anything to assist me or accommodate me. I will never use the service again.
-- JLOVED, 2024-07-31

### ***** "Best car ride"
Great service
-- DijahNimz, 2024-06-27

### ***** "Great service"
Good personality great driving
-- Jahdacreater, 2024-04-21

### *---- "Trash."
First of all, I CALL my local prestige dispatch for a car maybe 5 times a week for work, and they’ll answer with attitudes, drivers don’t show up half the time, I'm forced to call again and receive more attitude. So I thought maybe using the app would be more productive being that I don’t have to deal with their employees directly. But unfortunately the app is useless. They’ll allow you to add a debit card for a form of payment but ONLY take credit cards ?? Plus, they charged my debit a dollar and change to verify it had a balance but then wouldn’t charge it for the actual ride?? Waste of time.
-- maditaliangirl, 2024-03-20

### *---- "Mal educados"
Tienen que mejorar las personas hablan mucho por teléfono y no ponen atención
-- Labebajz, 2024-01-13

### ***** "Recomiendo"
Amable y confiable
-- Si vas a viajar elige prestige, 2023-07-30

### *---- "Fake reviews by prestige"
Notice how all the good reviews are by fake accounts made by prestige. Why download the prestige app when I can use Uber for the same price and Uber offers member points and usually are cheaper the prestige, what in your mind makes you think you are the Uber app
