With the official PRESTO app you can manage your card and tap your iPhone or Apple Watch to pay for transit.

Use the PRESTO app for iPhone to:
• Convert a physical PRESTO card to PRESTO in Apple Wallet and tap your iPhone or Apple Watch to pay for transit (not available on OC Transpo)
• Load funds instantly with NFC
• Load transit passes instantly with NFC
• Pay with Apple Pay, debit/credit cards, or saved payment method
• Set up and manage Autoload and Autorenew
• Manage up to 10 PRESTO cards
• Check your PRESTO card balances
• View transaction history
• Receive low balance/pass expiry reminders and email receipts for fare purchases
• Buy a PRESTO card and create a PRESTO account
• Display the time that your active transfers will expire with the check balance feature
• Set, modify or remove a default trip for GO Transit rail trips through the settings menu
PRESTO can be used on:
• Brampton Transit
• Burlington Transit
• Durham Region Transit (DRT)
• GO Transit
• Hamilton Street Railway (HSR)
• MiWay (Mississauga)
• Oakville Transit
• OC Transpo (Ottawa)
• TTC (Toronto)
• UP Express (Greater Toronto Area)
• York Region Transit/Viva (YRT/Viva)
For security reasons, the PRESTO app is not supported on jailbroken devices.

Wallet Support Added - App is so much better now

After the new update, the app is running significantly smoothly, loads very fast, and now supports Apple Wallet support. Amazing improvements. Running on iPhone 13 Pro

Error

Constantly pops up an error with the refill of the card just !

Horrible

Ever since the new Apple Pay update, the app got worse. My debit card I’ve been using for years to load my card keeps declining my payment to fill the cards. Nothing is wrong on my end. The app won’t process my payment no matter what I try. I have NEVER had this problem till the newest update. It wasn’t good before now it’s completely messed up app.

Presto is the worse invention in history.

Whoever invented presto (and metrolinx as well) need to take a rocket ship and leave this planet immediately. These people clearly have a car or have a personal driver so they don’t have to use presto. Several times I have been asked to leave to bus or called names by ttc drivers, go transit drivers, miway drivers, viva transit drivers (you name it) it just because “I don’t have any funds in my presto card” even though I have loaded my card with a decent amount of money 5 minutes prior boarding the bus/train. No one, I repeat, no one finds useful this payment model.

I hate this freakin app.

Awful app

Seriously it’s so slow and so bad. Literally clicking anything on the app takes 10 years to load. It’s embarrassing to have to use this app.

This app just steals your money. It fails when trying to perform a transaction and Meteolynx refuses to refund. Buyer beware. Apple should not be allowing this app on their store.

Bug ..

Tired to login again & again & again . Changed my password too still I can’t believe not able to login . Seriously u guys should work on this app … or delete it so that nobody gets a headache …

Useless app!

I am trying to load it so I can save money on my Go fare and surprise! It’s NOT letting me sign in so now i am forced to pay money i can’t afford
