## Pret A Manger Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Dr"
Don't bother. Once you subscribe you can't cancel it on the app. Won't open the page. I am sure "there must be a problem sorry for the inconvenience" don't use it. go to other shops for better service and much much better coffee.
-- AlexMandingo, 2024-12-25

### *---- "KEEPS THINKING IM NOT USING MY NUMBER"
Keeps saying your phone number isn’t the same as the sim even though it was, when i go to change it it still days the same thing who made this a 5 yr old? Cant use your name as your password for a coffee app? Who wants to hack a coffee app
-- LISTEN TOO MEE TRUST MEEEE, 2024-12-15

### *---- "App glitches when trying to unsubscribe"
App works fine but glitches if you try to unsubscribe…
-- Extremely Reasonable Punter, 2024-12-08

### *---- "App constantly crashing"
My reward don’t load and only load if I was to uninstall and reinstall the APP. So frustrating!!!

No updates so what’s is wrong with the APP!!!!
-- Yuki138, 2024-12-08

### **--- "Stars don’t add up"
All was going well until one of my perks disappeared and then no more stars would be added, I was stuck on 3 stars.
Customer service added the perk back on plus added 5 more stars even though I had spent money on more than 5 occasions. Another weeks worth of coffees and Now I am still stuck on 8 stars.
Now fed up with sending emails so have cancelled my subscription.
-- SBWHUFC, 2024-11-29

### *---- "Utter rubbish"
Would like to subscribe to the Pret coffee subscription, which has to be done via the app.
Every time a password is set, it doesn’t allow you too, even though the conditions of password set up have been met.
Tried more than 10 times to reset the password and it hasn’t worked once.
So, Leon has just gained a customer on their subscription service
-- PocoM8-, 2024-11-28

### *---- "Cant cancel subscription through app"
Since they have changed monthly subscription they did make changes on app to not cancel subscription which is really annoying
-- juttisjutt, 2024-11-26

### *---- "App is Broken"
Never updates the perks / stars. “Stars not updated, try again later”. Logging out and back in works and then it breaks again the next time you scan the code again. Makes it pointless.
-- ToEachTheirOwn777, 2024-11-25

### *---- "Too complicated"
Signing into the app felt like trying to complete a high value secure transaction.
-- Rachel6610, 2024-11-18

### **--- "Bug with multiple sim cards"
It’s blocking any access when i enable multiple sim cards,
And seems too much security measures. Overkill for a point collection app, holding you in the queue for hours trying to get a qr code for your coffee point. Embarrassed a couple of times , had to give up
-- kapekost, 2024-11-17
