This app is pretty cool ..! I really enjoyed designing my own crop top and short skirt.., black wheels , black bag .., accessories like an iron necklace ...I made my own style in real life ! I was so obsessed with it ! I made a grid..I put my real outfit with the drawing ! It was so cool ! Thank u for making this app !

我没有意向使用该软件，自动扣款以后找苹果客服退款，两次申请都被驳回，请问是什么意思呢，就这么想要我那几百块钱？

2024年9月23日我发现了9月份花呗扣除的这笔 298元的费用，查找后发现是苹果 AppStore里一款叫“Pret-a-Template” 的app的“无限访问-最超值”的年费服务（每年），属于自动续费，扣款日期是2024年9月23日。由于该服务当时有免费试用，但本人到期后无意续订，并未察觉自动扣费，本人并未有实际使用该服务，甚至不知道该如何使用，也无意续订该服务。再者，该服务的扣费也并未征得本人同意，未在扣款前通过短信或其他形式的通知告知本人即将扣费，本人并不知情。后续在与苹果客服联系退款时，苹果客服称苹果官方不同意扣款，不能退款，无任何理由，所以现在要求退款，谢谢，我未使用为什么要扣款？如不退款我将此app投诉在12315网站上
