Great clothes and deals but your app is very slow. I have an iphone 13 and i have to constantly redownload and delete the app or close out of the app because none of the clothes I select go into my cart or my wishlist. Sometimes my entire wishlist also dissapears which is frustrating. You can do better, the whole point of the app is to shop not to do anything too crazy so there shouldnt be issues with the app itself. Dissapointing

the clothes are overpriced and most of them are morbidly ugly, it’s so difficult to find something good and the sizing is all wrong, i ordered a size 6 dress and it fell down when i put it on and fit like a glove on my size 12 friend. the app is also so useless, it constantly deletes things off my wishlist, jumbles everything up when im scrolling through, and is always crashing and glitching with lots of stuff not working. i’m also constantly being told when trying to order stuff that my payment cannot be processed and i have to keep trying over and over again until it eventually works. some serious work needs to be put into the app, the customers and the clothing rather than focusing on molly mae and her mid clothing line

If I could give it no stars I would, tried to place an order and it failed but money was still taken from my account, emailed customer service straight away and I'm still waiting for an answer on what happened from them.I haven't received a refund and it's been nearly 5 weeks, customer service is not helpful at all and giving me excuse after excuse telling me to wait another 8 business days now for an update about my refund, would not advise to order from this company absolutely disgraceful 5 weeks and still no refund,I've sent about 30 emails with no answers, scammers

i love plt, i use it all the time but PLEASE FIX THE WISHLIST! it would be SO SO SO much better if you could organise things into boards or something similar. plus every time i try to scroll to the bottom it refreshes and lags and jumbles up all the items. I love plt but this bugs me SO MUCH. also it would be great if when you add something to the basket it doesn’t remove it from your wishlist

Great shopping with nice quality materials. Had to come back for more. The little problem was I had a dress added to my chart I was hoping to wear for an occasion but when I checked out and cont my payment, I realised the dress was taken out and I was sent a double same dress. Probably it was out of stock but I wasn’t notified. I have gone through to reorder but couldn’t find it😢. Regardless, I have come to love PLT and I’d continue with them. Waiting for my next haul to arrive 😌.

I am very upset with this app. I paid for free express delivery and they didn’t tell me when it would expire. So when I went to go pay for a dress they said it would only cost the €7 and nothing for the delivery as I had free express. However when I went to pay the €7 it took €21.99 out of my account without telling me. It said that the total on the app was €7. I then went to contact the customer support four times and they completely ignored my problems and ignored what I was saying to them. I’m extremely upset and don’t recommend buying from pretty little thing. Their team is horrible

I couldn’t be any happier with PLT never disappoints the merchandise is great quality plus gorgeous the best part is that I got pregnant with my baby boy and thank god PLT has also maternity wear so I didn’t have to stop shopping or move to another for my maternity wear, always arrives in time for my events. I had to get in touch with customer service once and they were very fast and resolved my issue right away. Can’t wait for my next order to arrive 🤩
