i love plt, i use it all the time but PLEASE FIX THE WISHLIST! it would be SO SO SO much better if you could organise things into boards or something similar. plus every time i try to scroll to the bottom it refreshes and lags and jumbles up all the items. I love plt but this bugs me SO MUCH. also it would be great if when you add something to the basket it doesn’t remove it from your wishlist
Extremely poor quality clothes that the photos on the app do not reflect, customer service is terrible

Great shopping with nice quality materials. Had to come back for more. The little problem was I had a dress added to my chart I was hoping to wear for an occasion but when I checked out and cont my payment, I realised the dress was taken out and I was sent a double same dress. Probably it was out of stock but I wasn’t notified. I have gone through to reorder but couldn’t find it😢. Regardless, I have come to love PLT and I’d continue with them. Waiting for my next haul to arrive 😌.
Love the app usually but having a lot of issues with seeing my wishlist! Have no problem browsing the app but the minute I hit my wishlist the whole screen goes white
I am very upset with this app. I paid for free express delivery and they didn’t tell me when it would expire. So when I went to go pay for a dress they said it would only cost the €7 and nothing for the delivery as I had free express. However when I went to pay the €7 it took €21.99 out of my account without telling me. It said that the total on the app was €7. I then went to contact the customer support four times and they completely ignored my problems and ignored what I was saying to them. I’m extremely upset and don’t recommend buying from pretty little thing. Their team is horrible
Possibly one of the worst apps I’ve used for clothes. Doesn’t allow you to see all of your saved items which defeats the purpose of even saving them. Also often glitches and clears your basket
i got told my order was gonna be here yesterday or today and as i was going to track my order it has come to my attention it’s lost they lost my package 👍🏽
Have been shopping on PLT for years now and I can’t fault them the layout of the app is nice and easy to use, clothes are good quality for price and delivery is always fast and on time ☺️ The discount codes are always a nice surprise too 👌
