The app is so slow and takes me years just to add things to cart or go through my likes. I had to delete the app because shopping through the browser website is better.

Glitching so much
I just want to add things to my cart and everytime I add something new, it deletes the previous item so I can only have one thing. Idk what to do since my apps is up-to-date
Bugs
My cart won’t let me check out, had to order through safari. Last week items in my cart would either disappear or wouldn’t delete. Fix it !
Poor quality and poor customer service
I ordered a few outfits from here and I was very excited to get my hands on them but once I open the package I was very disappointed at the quality of the items, and how different they looked from their website pictures. First of all the laced shirt had threads hanging on the bottom and the dresses fabric was so thin and see thru. For me to be able to returned the items I had to pay from my own money just for them to tell me i have to wait at least a month for me to be able to get my money back. Would not recommend buying from here!!!
Shopping Cart Broken
The app just does not work. I can add stuff to my wishlist all day but can't add nor delete thing from my cart. The checkout also doesn't work, whenever I try to a message pops up saying "Hey girl, there was a issue checking out. Please try again later". That's been like that for months no matter how many times I update, nothing changes.
App Glitches
The app is glitchy, you will add stuff to the cart and it will not be there. Wishlist is empty even though things have been saved. The website is better!
Shopping Cart
There have been 4 items that i’ve had in my cart and PURCHASED in March of this year. They will not delete no matter how many attempts I make to remove them. I need this fixed ASAP!
Frustrating
The app would be great if it didn’t crash all the time. I had a basket full of things ready to buy and it got rid of my entire basket and wishlist items. And this happens frequently. I end up not buying because I don’t want to search for everything again.
love shopping on here but fix it
PLT has a lot of cute stuff I love shopping on here but the app always glitches. I’m trying to stuff to my cart and it only adds one of the items and the other item disappears. Also, when I go to check out it says please try again late. Please fix this app.
Review
The other version was better. It’s hard to slide and look and the picture the back button you have to hit twice just for it to go back. It doesn’t load properly, always logs you out then say you don’t know your password, a lot of the pages have “items not found” it’s a mess.
