Not sure what’s going on but I am unable to log into the app. Also, nothing is loading. I almost thought there wasn’t an app anymore. Then I came to the App Store to see if it needed updating and it doesn’t. If I can’t view items or log in, doesn’t make sense to have the app! Smh

This new version is supposed to be much better but I prefer the older version . 
I literally can’t spend more than 3 minutes on the app , it keeps closing by it self . 
I’ve refreshed the app so many times but still.
I’m exhausted and drained . 
I literally used to sleep on the app because I love shopping 😩, but this new version is really not it ! 
And also with the product details , the info are not there .
I checked on a heel and I wanted to check the heel length, and they were rather giving me the hight of the model . I don’t need a models height for a heel ! Please do something about this , I want to enjoy shopping on the app 
again . 
This is supposed to be an upgraded version not worse !

I recently updated the app, and am trying to do some post Christmas shopping, and it keeps crashing or having to restart with an error message while scrolling through the photos of an item on its own page. I tried both my phone and iPad, and it shows up on both. Love this app, easy to use, and I love PLT. love the inclusivity ❤️ I think some sort of “boards/folder” feature for saved items would be a nice addition.

Likes aren’t working and won’t save. I had stuff in my cart and now it’s all gone. I add things to the cart and they disappear the second i click. I had things ready to buy and now i can’t even be bothered to go look for it all because i can’t remember the name, can’t go to my liked/saved to find them since THAT’S not working, and don’t feel like scrolling through thousands of products to find them. Right before christmas too jeeze. Oh, and the link for app support doesn’t work either because of course it doesn’t

### *---- "Customer service is trash and clothes are cheap and fall apart"
I got adefective outfit in my first AND LAST order. I contacted customer service and they gave me a discount code instead of a refund and return like how I wanted to go about it. 
Anyway, the code wasn’t supposed to expire until December 31. 2024. I tried to use the code on November 30. 2024. and it wasn’t working.. I contacted customer service again and she said I had already used the code. I have only placed ONE ORDER (a month before I was given this code) with this company before and was going to try to order some other things and give them the benefit of the doubt since the first time I ordered was horrible. Not one person throughout these emails have been helpful.. I paid for defective clothes and I’m refused a refund (especially now since it’s past the time frame and I can thanks customer service reps for that) and I’m out a code because either someone at their customer service center used the code or they gave me a (kind of ironic) defective code. Horrible experience and I will never order from here again.

Now for the clothes I ordered. Despite what I heard about the quality of the clothing, I still made a fairly large order for the first time around to give them some wiggle room. Big mistake. I ordered a jumpsuit that was supposed to be matching but came in 2 different color pinks. 2 different color pinks. I ordered a mesh outfit and the fabric was ripped on the top and the label on the pants were coming off that was on the front. I ordered about 5 bodysuits. Both long sleeve and short sleeve. 4 of them were so thin and transparent I don’t even wear them. 

Also, the sizing is off. I’m usually a small/medium and sometimes large because I have a large bust. I ordered all medium and they are even small on my body alone, Nevermind them fitting over my bust properly.

I love PLT. I never have an issue with my orders. However, I do hate using the app when I see multiple things I want to favorite. For example, I currently have 39 things on my wish list but I can only see 7. The only way to see other stuff is buy deleting things off my wishlist. Then every time I go to update the app, I would think that issue would be adj but nope. That one small issue makes me want to shop on other apps more instead all the time. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE! I thought it was just me until reading the app reviews. Why not fix what’s giving your customers such a hard time?!

I love PLT, it has so many cute clothes but it’s gotta be one of the worst apps. Always crashing, it’s very slow most of the times, and the clothes on my cart always disappear which is so frustrating. It’s been multiple times that I look for clothes for 1-2hrs and suddenly the items in the cart are gone. It’s such a waste of time!! Please invest in your app to make it better! I’m pretty sure some people stop shopping there cause of this problem! I’ve read so many bad reviews going back to years, but they don’t seem to do anything about it. Do you even care about your customers PLT??! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've been a loyal shopper of Pretty Little Things for the past seven months, and I genuinely adore both their clothing selections and the user-friendly app. The styles are trendy and often just what I'm looking for! However, there is one aspect that I believe could use some improvement: the fit of the cups in dresses and corsets.

To give you some context, I typically wear sizes between 3X and 5X, and my bra size is 48DDD. This creates a real challenge when I want to purchase a beautiful dress for special occasions, such as my recent birthday. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue this year when I decided to go up a size due to fluctuations in my weight. I picked out a stunning dress that I was excited about, but when I tried it on, I found that the cups were far too small for my chest, which made it uncomfortable.

Throughout the entire evening, I struggled with the dress sliding down constantly, which was quite embarrassing. I ultimately had to change into a different dress altogether because I couldn’t enjoy the evening with my dress constantly falling. It’s disappointing because I know there's great potential for these pieces; they just need to cater better to those of us with larger cup sizes. I hope Pretty Little Things considers making adjustments to the cup sizes in their dresses and corsets so that people like me can fully enjoy their fabulous collections without these fitting issues. But Pretty Little Things is a great clothing line and app 💗💗

I’ve been trying to register but it won’t let me! I can’t change the phone code, I can’t type, and when it allows me to type it keeps moving typewriter type which means I have to put a letter at a time. And I put my city (Madrid) and it doesn’t recognize it? I says in read “put a valid city name” or something like that 🤦🏾‍♀️
