This application was created especially for realtors who need to keep control of every object, remember about every client and record transactions quickly and conveniently. Forget about papers, spreadsheets and chaos in your notes - now all your real estate activities will be organized and at your fingertips.
Main screen - full control of objects
The main screen displays all the objects added by the user. Each object is represented by a card with brief information. If you click on it, an extended description opens: area, floor, type of repair, furniture, cost and potential clients. All data can be edited in a couple of taps.
When the transaction on the object is completed, just click the “Close transaction” button - the object is instantly sent to the archive and makes room for new offers.
Adding an object - fast, simple, and uncluttered
Creating a new object is just a few steps:
Object type: residential or non-residential.
Area and floor area - numerical input without confusion.
Renovation: cosmetic, major or under finishing.
Furnishing: furnished or unfurnished.
Potential client - choose from those already added.
Cost: enter the price and choose the currency (euro or dollar).
Client base - everything is under control
Creating a customer card is an intuitive and free process. Just enter the client's full name, add a comment (e.g. wishes about the object or purchase terms), and the system will save the information in your database. Later you will be able to link the client to one or more objects.
No advertising - only work
Advertising banners can distract from work, especially in the dynamic profession of realtor. That's why the application provides an option to disable ads - just make a single purchase and enjoy a clean, calm interface.
