I never leave reviews but I’m furious at this point! I purchased a subscription and was using this app for work. Then I started having problems. I emailed numerous times, messaged on instagram and commented on their posts for someone to contact me. The fact that i never received a response is absolutely pathetic. They take your money, stuff you up then ignore you! Don’t bother downloading or paying for a subscription! Complete scam!
Paid for the premium version over 24hours ago and still only slowing me to use the free software. Signed out and back in, emailed support multipal times and no response. Not happy.
I got a message saying that the account had expired and asked me to log in again. When doing so, I introduce all the info, get a code in my phone and I even receive an email about the new login but in the app, what I receive is the message “couldn’t log in”.
Why can’t we preview reels? Using ‘placeholder’ tiles is not good enough. It makes it very difficult to use.
We have been trying to use this app for the last couple months. We followed the instructions from the support team to integrate with Meta to be able to use the ‘automatic’ posting feature. This completely merged our accounts and we have since been unable to log into one of them, but have been continually charged the monthly fee. We can’t log in to cancel the account. Multiple attempts to contact support, but we have not had a response in 30days to several emails asking for help. Would not recommend this app at all!!!!
You can't sync reels. You can't use planner on desktop unless you sign up to the highest plan - which is a stupid idea if you're going to advertise to business users.

Preview was double billing me every month for the past five months and I only just picked it up. What a scam!
Honestly. I am organising my feed and my photos just keep disappearing and it’s so confusing and annoying. I will not recommend it at all.
I got this app because of its simplicity until it updated and not only deleted all of my planned posts but it no longer syncs with Instagram so you can’t see how new images will look in your feed. Super disappointing
