New grid resolution not supported

Update: app support solved my issue. It’s been over a week since Instagram grid update and still no update on Previews end. Still offering square grid

Hi! Are you guys going to update the new Instagram layout? 16:9 posts instead of traditional square

This app was the best until they added a function where you need to switch your account type

I’ve been using this app for 10 years without any issues. All of a sudden, you must change your account type to creator/business in order to use the app? What’s the deal with that? It’s been completely fine letting anyone with an Instagram account use the app without issue since its conception, then all of a sudden you’re limited usage because you’re not a business? Now I’ll never be able to use this app again. An app that was literally a staple in my phone. Now garbage. What a way to treat your long-term users.

Bad now

I used to love this app but you have to change your account to a creator/business account to use now which I don’t want to do. Should be for all accounts.

Update ruined the app

Used to be my go to preview app. Intuitive and handy. Now you need a public professional profile. I switched my account to this so I could use the app. My current feed would not show. Deleting the app, very disappointing

Ive been using this app for a few years now, and just today it told me that my account needs to be a professional one to continue using Preview. I do not want to change my account to professional, which would make my account public
