I just bought the premium version of the app and it indicated that I can manage unlimited amount of accounts , although when I try adding additional accounts that I handle it requires me to purchase the premium plan for each … I believe this to be highly misleading. And I definitely want a refund back! I tried looking up some tutorials on YouTube and found plenty individuals who had raised the same issue. Very disappointing.
Loaded the app on my phone and iPad. Can’t log on to IG. Never get the security code, my backup codes aren’t accepted. Useless. Too bad because this looks like a decent app.
I don't recommend buying it. The free and paid versions work the same. None of the listed options in the paid version work!
You don’t have to buy into this app, just connect ur IG account. It even keeps placeholders so when you have reels on ur main grid & want to plan ur next post. All of the posts are in the right spot!
App don’t sync all photo
It doesn’t pull in the reels I’ve posted to the feed, which detracts significantly from the usefulness of the grid planning tool. As others have said, it would be helpful to be able to replace images in carousels. Also, the image editing features are very limited, so plan to edit your images before uploading or in instagram (e.x. Can’t adjust the angle of the image).
First off the screen won’t flip when you use the iPad so when I am charging i need it to be vertical meaning I can’t use my keyboard….super frustrating why the screen won’t move like every other app on the planet and let me use it on its side…or upside down. 2nd I had huge trouble at the start using the gird and them posting randomly or not all all..hopefully a glitch. 3rd only one account per payment. this is nuts. I have more than one account and I should be able to just flip where I want it posted. No more extra work on the apps end and paying a fee to upload a new profile is bonkers at this cost. 4th no calendar view. I want to pick a day and the plug in stuff but no view without making up a whole post. Think I will be trying for a refund as this really isn’t any easier on my end when I am spending time screwing around with dumb stuff…..pre purchase it sounded like it was all going to flow and really I am faster doing it separately…….
I bought the pro version and can’t use the add text option from my phone. I went to do it from my computer and found out I had to pay for another subscription. Then, is this wasn’t enough. I went to add to post automatically on IG to find out I had to pay for the premium subscription. It awful!
can’t see any posted reels as part of my grid :( defeats the purpose for me personally. Other than that, a good app
In a digital world of endless possibilities, this app manages to remain simple, practical, intuitive and easy to use. I could not have asked for more. I’m so grateful for it. A sincere thank you ti developers, coders, designers and everyone involved.
