No reponse, not letting me click “allow” for authorization. Liked to use this app for its simplicity …so sad I gotta find an alternative🙄

Cannot unlock the captions
I subscribed for a month pro version but the captions feature is still locked. I want my money back.
Won’t let me connect multiple accounts
I purchased premium and although it says unlimited accounts, I can’t connect multiple accounts unless I am the parent account for all of them. I want to use this for work and I have multiple accounts that I wanted to use it with. I can’t even connect a test account before I play around, and can’t afford to make a mistake with the account I initially connected. I am disappointed, I canceled and would like a refund.
