Just my humble opinion, but… The app seems more geared towards big creators than the small ones that can’t afford to pay monthly fees. It’s ok though.

CAN’T LOAD POST
I really don't know what to type so I don't come off rude, but your app has been misbehaving with “can't load”. I have uninstall and reinstall with hope to restore but it not. Please immediate resolution will go a long to resolve. Thank you

I paid for 1 year premium which includes pro features, unlimited users, auto -post, install story planner, competitor Analysis, +3000 caption ideas, Desktop, Multiple Devices, team features and Back up. I made this premium payment because of the package listed above, but to my surprise, I discovered that it only allowed one user, This is misleading and I have also reached out to them via email and there was no response from them. Secondly after the annual payment I made with the coupon code I was also charged from my apple store as well. Please, I need a refund!
