this app was great until now it won’t let me use it unless I make my account professional. don’t know why they’d change something great into something so limiting. very disappointing.

Worst app ever!!!!! Nothing works
used to work
the app used to work great, then all of a sudden i says my account isn’t connected anymore. now i log in, and it makes me log in again. nothing works anymore. deleted and reinstalled multiple times. disappointed and also surprised how dysfunctional it is now

Didn’t even work
I told me to log in and I did the correct password but it said it was wrong so I changed my password and typed in the new one to log in onto this app but it didn’t work !? Now they stole my information and password and could possibly hack me ! This thing is rigged

Use to love this app but now with this new update u need to change your insta to professional to use it???? Not good anymore
Decent
For laying out and rearranging photos to see how they look before I post them myself is all I want. And for free with no limits. It does that. I do think it needs a dark mode. Maybe even a slither cleaner app. I feel the position of something’s are weird and on top of each other.
Got worse and worse over time
The Preview app worked OK for me for some time - I could in fact layout my photos in a grid, but thats about as far as it goes. I had to re-login to my IG almost every time I used the app. I just logged in and it prompted me to change my account to creator mode in order to use Preview. Deleted the app - I can put my photos in a grid elsewhere 🫤
It won’t let me use the app?
It’s my understanding that this app works for a little while for people then just stops. I used to really love this app but now it is stuck in a “log-in loop” where I can’t even log onto my Instagram. I’ve reached out for help with no luck. I use the app feed preview now. It’s free& essentially the same. Disappointing.
