## Prezzee eGift cards Reviews in Australia

### ***-- "Ok but difficult"
It is a great concept but is really frustrating trying to work out how to use it in the beginning.
Also I find it strange some of the retailers missing.
It can be confusing and time consuming even after you have learnt how to use it for some specific retailers.
-- SimAGG, 2024-12-29

### ***** "E-gifts"
Great to have where you can find your favorite online
-- Black nannie, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Frustrating"
Not user friendly. I lost my $100 😡
-- Ronmac56, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Better when associated with Credit Card brands"
Use to be good when it was associated with Visa/Master card and you could use anywhere that accepted those and could shop anywhere. Now just stuck with specific brands so can’t capitalise on really big sales etc outside of AU.
-- CH351, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Awful company!"
The customer service at this company is awful. They just want you to stop replying to them rather than taking any time to actually help. Their responses are rude and closed and up there with the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
I had 2 years worth of vouchers which had been sent to me by friends. I claimed them all to my account in September and then according to them immediately closed my account down. They have now taken all the money sent to me and refuse to help.
I raised a complaint after a horrible experience with the customer service team and 2 weeks later I’ve heard nothing.
I requested an update on my complaint and was basically told it’s tough luck.
I’ll never use this company again!

### *---- "Forced payment method."
I have used this app and service for a few years. I have persisted with payment issues and there being now shopping cart and having to reenter gift messages. The gift again button doesn’t work in either the app or the website. The final straw was this year having enquired about why PayPal and ApplePay payments were blocked and was told to use a credit card. Irrespective of how convenient I don’t need to use this service that badly that I would not use more secure payment modes like PayPal or ApplePay.
Maybe if marked changes to the User Experience were made then maybe I’d use the service again but I’m sure the is not a niche service.
-- Not happy Jan!, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Doesn’t work when in stores."
If I could give zero I would!!!
If you are in store and mobile data doesn’t work properly there is no way to access the vouchers!!!!
Most stores don’t have great reception regardless of telco company you are with.
That was the point of the gift cards gifting!!!
What a waste of time as couldn’t use my gift voucher card!!!!! Why can’t you use Prezzee offline via the app????
Also happened to someone else on their phone!!!- same issue!
Maybe have an offline function so can still access the gift card???
-- A.bnb, 2024-12-22

### ***** "Lynette Kmon"
Can’t give an honest answer as I havn’t used this facility yet.
-- LFKmon, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Poor Service"
Had the most embarrassing time at the petrol station. Issue still isn’t resolved and I had to use my own money after waiting 40 minutes. An hour later I am still on hold. After reviewing other reviews, my disgust is well validated.
I was excited by the idea of this service, now I will not be recommending it anyone in future.
Cue generic automated response:
-- Djarvargo, 2024-12-18

### *---- "If I give a zero I would"
Two gift cards and will not up load. Over an hour on the phone on hold. Had to pay myself. NEVER AGAIN
