Generally, this app is OK. It gets the job done when re-ordering scripts, and my local chemist is very timely at getting them ready (usually in an hour or two). However, when taking a photo of a renewed script (zero repeats available) the app freezes. Every time. Without fail. App crashes & must be restarted. Who tests this thing? There is no workaround - you cannot pre-order and present the script at pick up. You just have to renew at the counter. This creates an opportunity to go elsewhere, which from the chemists perspective, I would have thought was against the whole purpose of this thing - to create branded stickiness. From my perspective, it’s really annoying.

This app works well occasionally but most times it is in a continuous state of being uninstalled then reinstalled on the hope that 'this time it will work properly'. One would expect that upon collection of filled scripts that the app would automatically adjust how much medicine you now have and start the countdown again. This would be too easy!!!!! The medicine list is now red with a zero showing how much of the medicine is left, and every day an email (if this is your preferred method of communication) will be sent to inform you that you have now run out of the medicine on this day, yet in the messages section of the app, 'Your script is ready for collection for the same listed scripts.' PS ... I had to choose email notifications as over 6 months ago, text message notifications stopped for no reason. I will be collecting my scripts and deleting what should be an outstanding piece of technology ... Permanently! It shouldn't be this hard!

Not sure what the issue is. I can login to my account just find on a browser, but the app continually says my info is wrong.

Inconsistent and unreliable with iOS 17.3.1 - unable to submit a script as it freezes once the photo is taken or when accessing the camera. App is good other than that.

This app does not manage medications correctly is confusing with random incorrect messages and doesn’t manage logins correctly

It will not accept the same credentials as when logging in using Safari. This app is rubbish.

App always logs me out and now no longer lets me log in. I have changed my password, re-downloaded and it has not fixed the issue. I now no longer have access to my scripts. Several times pharmacy will not get notifications of the order and you will then have to email them. Please fix the app as this is extremely frustrating and people need access to their medications.

i dont have any prescriptions or medical NEEDS at all, i only really shop at priceline because that is where i get most of my skincare. However, after i finished signing up it would only let me use the app to get prescriptions or medical requirements. i could not find any way to just search up skincare brands/products. Overall, a really annoying experience

The app works fine until you have a medication of the same name but with different dosage strengths. The app won’t install them and I’m left having to go to the pharmacy for them to manually include. I have several medications with different doses for different reasons and this is frustrating not being able to see and order the different strengths needed
