## Prima Tower Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Worse app"
Worse app and management
-- JCWC85, 2022-06-24

### *---- "Quite possibly the worst app ever"
Have had an account in this app for years. Now when I log in it says “account does not exist” and when I try and register it says “sorry, you already have an account”. Useless
-- Danish.....yeah, 2021-09-29

### *---- "Bring the web portal back!"
It doesn’t let me log in with my existing account and when I tried to contact help they asked for my paperwork. As an owner who moved in when the building was opened, this is ridiculous.
-- Beanie567, 2020-01-02

### *---- "Buggy"
Fails to login, password reset fails, get facility for booking failed...
-- matt-tig, 2019-10-19

### *---- "Doesn’t accept correct passwords"
Tried logging in, it doesn’t accept already registered profiles and if I am reading right, current portal will be disabled from 30 September.
Also, further bookings wouldn’t be accepted at ground floor.
Would be nice to get this fixed before taking down web portal.
