It’s helping me a lot as there are visual references to health. I don’t like the chat pages but the rest is cool and my profile walking up that hill to autophagy is very encouraging. Could do with some more explosive goal markers as we like to feel we’ve done well or encouraged if we don’t. Best app I’ve used to date.
App is ok but beware if you sign up for the premium service as you sign up for recurring 6 monthly charges, no notification/reminder and they don’t issue refunds even if you don’t use the app.
It’s good app but sometimes it’s hard to check your details what you have put in the beginning. Recipes are good and plans are good too though I haven’t used.
Went through the process entering all the information needed but once complete there were no options to progress without paying for the use of the app!!!
