Wheh logged in the functionality for changing your pension payments does not work. -- Tiffany1960, 2024-05-01 ### ***** "Super handy" Great app to check and manage my super -- ksbhsbemb, 2024-01-12 ### ***** "Trouble" It’s not user friendly and furthermore, every time you update the app you automatically get logged out off the app and then it’s trouble logging in again. It’s frustrating. -- Lordtjazz, 2023-06-13 ### *---- "Flawed" This App kept telling me there was no wifi, despite many many checks, many many other apps being opened to confirm wifi working etc. could not get this App to work on mobile or wifi -- SadebNT, 2022-03-29 ### *---- "Can’t login for weeks" I never see any mobile app that has such a fundamental problem not being solved for so long and still exists. The app simply just can’t login a few weeks back. It always goes to no wifi page and there is no way to get around it including deleting it and reinstalling. Not if I can still login from their website I would have thought they are bankrupted. Their testing team should have been sacked for good. -- qswh2003, 2021-12-04 ### ***-- "Prime Super App" I selected Quick View in order to view my current balance without having to log in. It doesn’t seem to work. -- Bob Strawhorn, 2021-09-02 ### *---- "Can't copy and paste into password field" In an age of complex passwords, not being able to copy and paste the password into this field is stupid, especially when I have a complex password. -- TheShadowWithin92, 2021-08-13 ### **--- "Unreliable" This app often fails to open. Lots of glitches. -- k8_p, 2021-02-26 ### ***** "Love it" Great app. Great to see my balance and check my employer is paying. Can also change my investment options. -- gilseb, 2020-02-17 ### ***** "Brilliant!" I had low expectations based on other reviews but this worked instantly and is brilliant. I needed my member number and email to log on and may also have needed my Tax File Number but they already had it. I have a filing cabinet full of different Super accounts - much of which is old but some current and from previous addresses and jobs. I went with Prime because they are a regional Industry Fund. I hit Consolidate my Super and after an SMS or two to authenticate me, I had found $7,800 which I then transferred over. Maybe 15 clicks all up. App also has my life insurance and investment choices. I have it in with my banking apps on my phone and can check it in seconds to see my employer’s payment go in. Very happy with this app. -- Chief855, 2019-09-04 [View all Prime Super reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Prime Super Discovered Keywords - prime super --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
