### *---- "OTP ISSUE"
I’ve been trying to register multiple times but I don’t receive the OTP and been resending it a lot of times. Also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, used different mobile number and still did not receive it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

### ***-- "Additional Account"
Adding a new account takes forever to get approved. Hopefully, they will solve this issue promptly to make this app a little bit more helpful.

NAKAKABANAS KASI SIGE DAPAT ANG UPDATE. WALNG MONTH HINDI KO SIYA INUPDATE JUSKOOOOO
-- Laureola0515, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Trash"
I have a myriad of complaints about this app, I honestly can't think of anything good or convenient about it. It keeps updating for what feels like every three days, the user interface is unseemly and unprofessional, it takes an eternity to load and it only works with iPhone devices once in a blue moon, the customer service chat is obsolete as it takes one of their agents three to four business days to get back to you, and their blatant political campaigning when you open the app is just embarrassing. The only reason I keep this app is because of their problem with mailing my bill, and honestly, I'd rather just guess my total bill every month than ever open this app again.
