I just logged in online successfully and still can’t log on to the app using the same credentials. Like others have said if you contact them they will tell you it will be available in 24 hours, but that time never comes. I didn’t remember my password because I have been using face ID. I contacted customer service and changed my password, there was no issues with this process. But upon trying to access the mobile app it will not accept my credentials and says that I cannot validate my information. The issue I have is that upon contacting customer service again, customer service told me there is nothing they can do and basically was like goodbye and good luck. I contacted the bank via chat & was told it would be added by the next day. Not there. Called & was told it would be added, available next day. Not there. Called again. Previous request was processed - try restarting the phone &/or reinstalling the app. Still nothing. CSR’s have been nice, but the hold time is lengthy & I can’t make deposits.
