All of my other phone apps are able to securely store my app/website username/pw. I hate the Primis App/ website with a vengeance. They also lock your account if you don’t log in frequently. If “Primis” isn’t include on the back of a check later that day user will receive a message check was rejected. App fails to tell user why a check is rejected meaning user has to call or chat with a rep. App no longer shows the status of a remote deposited check…pending, when it will clear. Better off depositing checks at a different bank and doing a wire transfer or just not making a mobile deposit. I broke my phones Face ID and now even though I have my information written down it claims it can’t verify who I am. It’s very inconvenient. I hope this is just a bug.
