Print Master

Routinely freezes or crashes on photo selection. Chinese dialogues keep popping up all over the place. No iCloud sync for your labels (pretty much standard apps on iOS). Wish I could duplicate designs and not start all over with every new label.

Ich bin eine Kleinunternehmerin und benötigte schnell Etiketten für meine Schokoladen & Pralinen, da unser Etikettendrucker nach 20 Jahren nicht mir mit der Software kompatibel war. Ich konnte alle Etiketten am Handy schneller erstellen, als mein Vater am PC mit einem teuren Programm! Habe an einem Tag gesamt 600 Stück Etiketten gedruckt. Wenn dieser Drucker 1 ganzes Jahr überlebt, bin ich happy und kaufe nichts anderes mehr!

Achtung: In der deutschsprachigen Version der App findet man nur 15 Schriftarten zur Auswahl und sucht vergeblich die z.B. auf Amazon beworbenen 100+ Schriftarten. Als es mir gelungen ist über die Phomemo Website einen WhatsApp Kontakt zum Support zu finden, bekam ich hier den entscheidenden Hinweis: Man muss in den Einstellungen der App die Sprache auf „English“ ändern, um vollen Zugriff auf alle Schriftarten zu erhalten. Diese müssen dann nur noch einzeln durch antippen geladen werden! Könnte man alles 2023 auch etwas einfacher und kundenfreundlicher programmieren, aber immerhin wurde dadurch das Problem „gelöst“ ;-)

The app is no longer responding to input. Deleting it and reinstalling did not help. Without the app the printer is a paperweight. CANNOT RECOMMEND

I really like the label printer, but with each update the software gets worse. I was using the printer with my M1 Mac too, but now the software is disabled for use on Mac. The available fonts change with each update.

The app is ok. It will be great if I can use my own icons.

Use it for labeling home made Marmelade and other things out of my kitchen. All updates delete things from former version so labels cannot be used any longer with the same appearance. Moreover the recent update deleted all nice looking fonts. Don’t like the new style to be honest!

Newest updates changed the app to barely work and it requires tons of extra work to print a label that used to be very simple.

This app is stealing your personal data (name, phone number, contacts, even your location). A label maker does not need this kind of information. Has it ever occurred to you why the physical product is so inexpensive? It’s because they are selling your data or working for the communist Chinese government. Do not install this app. It is spyware.

The app is great until it doesn’t want to start up. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it and it never opens right.
