I was cleaning up my computer and decided to delete the HP program. I tried again to read the instruction from the HP website and in 5 minutes I was up and running. The reason I’m not sending it back is because of the ink bottles and the ink lasts forever. It’s not a photo printer so you will wait 5 minutes for a small picture but for home and small office needs, it’s the price of the lazer ink for my other HP.
