Having issues with my brother printer. It used to come up as one of my two printers whoever I wanted to print an email of document or photo from my iPhone. It doesn’t show up anymore. I downloaded a brother print and scan app but it works different. I have to save what I want to print in a file then print it. Why can’t I have it work like before?

Sometimes it works and other times doesn’t. It always says it’s off line. It sure runs through the ink.

This app couldn’t find Samsung CLP-365W printer, which is hooked up to the same WiFi the iPhone is. It’s a waste of time.

Just spent the last two hours trying to pair my new printer with my new iPad. Nothing works

The printer is connected to our home wifi but every time I try and print something I get a “no printer found” make sure it is connected. The only fix I have found is to unplug the printer then plug it back in. This is very annoying

This app helps me with all of my schoolwork. But the paycheck is pretty big, I have to keep on deleting it, then install it.

Although this printer does eventually get my print jobs done, there are many, many paper jams. These are caused because the assembly doesn’t work smoothly. The gears grind away while advancing the paper, clunk, then print, or not print. This started within the first year of ownership. Sad performance from an HP product. Also the price of genuine print cartridges is outrageous. Time for a change of brand/machine here.
