I have had several problems with this company over the years! I am a small custom T-shirts, hats, and other assessor's company so my orders are small maybe 5 - 15 items and this company (Printful) continuously overlooks me as a small business! They are notorious for sending me products with poor quality. I have been very shocked on how poor the quality is on some of the products made! How does anyone run a successful business with such low quality products being sent to customers. The shipping costs are ridiculous! I had some recent orders so I pick free shipping it said 12/16- 12/17. Now it says 12/23 for delivery. Wow. I reached out to customer service and was told it’s ok, it’s coming on time. Today is 12/18 still no package or response from customer service. And was already told basically they could not help me.
