品物が届かない

最低です。使わない方がいい。

お金が返ってこない?

商品の注文をして、やり方がわからず注文したてもりがされてなくてキャンセルされて、支払ったお金がprintful内のポイントのような形で返金されました。次の注文で使おうとしても、前と同じ注文だけどいくらか上乗せ金額になり、少し金額が超えた状態でそのprintful内の返金分では使用できず、結果商品を一個減らして、注文しましたが、何千円かは残ったままです。商品自体はよかったですが、printful内の金額と差額で支払いができるようにしてもらいたいです。怖くて注文できません。

日本語対応にならない

日本語表示するにはダウンロードし直してくださいと出るが、何度やっても同じメッセージが出て日本語表示に切り替わらない。
