Never received my order - little to no support given
I placed an order through the app. Never received it and couldn’t even track it. Reached out to the team through the live chat on the app - first person I talked to promised to either reimburse me or try to send again my order, but closed the chat even before I could tell them which option I preferred; I tried to open another chat, and started talking to another assistant that seemed to have access to the previous chat. After they checked it, they asked if it would be ok to send me a detailed reply by email. I said it was ok, but it’s been several days and I never heard back from them. Now the live chat is always offline and I can never access it. Don’t think I’ll ever order from them again…
