The most incompetent customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with! The simplest of amendments take weeks to address, you end up spending day upon sorting it yourself, without the internal tools and contacts to do so! 
Won’t address formal complaints to address it. 
Save yourself the hassle and use another company!!

There are no seller capabilities on the app. You have to go through desktop to get anything done. The only thing you can do on the app is check orders and make an order from scratch.

The app is great in the sense you can track sales etc but every time i try to creat product templates to later add to my store, the app treats them like personal orders and wont let me create and store the same way the mobile site/webpage does.
