アプリがお粗末すぎて機能を活用しきれない
漢字フォントが1種類のみ、「upload picture」ボタンは反応なし。機能が少なすぎる。改善を求めます。
画像のお気に入り登録はちょくちょく消える
よく使うスタンプとして登録しても、何かのトリガーで消えてしまう。 IOSエンジニアがいないと考えられる。

Bluetooth接続でめちゃくちゃ簡単になりましたね。最初印刷出来なくて問い合わせしましたが、インクタンクの挿入不備で解決、お騒がせしました。中国系は何かと高評価つけたらプレゼントとか競合製品に悪評価でプレゼントとか、よく分からん日本語でサポートしてくるのに、日本に会社があって日本人のサポートは安心ですね。A4プリンタ待ってます。日本の品質管理、サポートでJAPANの名前に恥じないよう頑張ってください。応援します！！
2023年3月8日に届きました、が……
最新のプロジェクトであるPrintXが届いたのですが 紙に印刷したら画像も文字もかすれが酷くてほとんど元の形を認識できない 説明書にあるようにプリンターヘッドを掃除するも全く改善せず IOSのアプリは他の方のコメント通り自分の画像をアップロード出来ない これは酷すぎませんか？
いまいち
画像を使おうと、画像ボタンを押しても画像を選択できない。いつ押せるようになるかわからない。 つまり、できることは、初めから入ってる使えなさそうな画像と数種類のフォントの文字だけ。誰が使うのか分からないフォントが多い。 ハードを購入したが、アプリがこれだからほとんど使ってない。無駄遣いだった。
使えない
高いお金出したのに、Wi-Fiに接続できません。 説明書通りに行いましたが、Wi-Fiあるけど接続できないマークが出ます。 皆さんが書いてある通り、買わない方がいいのかも。 ホントがっかりです。 YouTubeの説明、アプリのダウンロードも分かりにくい。値段が値段なのでオススメしません。
アップデートされたら……
ギャラリー入れ替わったのはいいけど、イマイチ。 フォントもノーマルなものでなんかガッカリ。 高い割に、使えない。
これはひどい
耐久インク買うのに1年以上待ち、やっと買えたと思ったら全然プリントできず、インクだけ漏れまくる。結局最後まで詐欺レベル
全く役に立ちません
これほど役に立たないアプリはない。プリンターもただの箱になってしまう。全くおすすめできません。
