This app is such a great one! As a student who have a lot of things to print, the fact that I can print them for free is really useful! Thank you.

This is such a good idea but the execution is very poor. The app bugs all the time (doesn’t upload or process documents), half the time it doesn’t link to the printers, and the printers themselves randomly start or stop printing in the middle of a document. The ad banner at the bottom of the page is an utter inconvenience and makes me (and my peers) want to shop the brand even less... we have Printt apps in our student accommodation and had to wait for over a month at the beginning of the academic year for someone to come and fix the system (one of the only three printers still doesn’t work). It’s such a shame, because if the system worked well it would be so convenient!!!

worst business model extremely complicated and not free at all as indicated you have to pay for printing with a minimum upload of 10pounds per upload...have fun spending hours and spending 10 pounds to print one black and white page. they are basically stealing your data and making you pay for it. run!

most useless, brain dead, incapable app I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. if I ever have to use the self service on this ever again it might result in my death or significant property damage as I crash out

App used to be great but after the recent overhaul has become unusable. Bugs encountered on almost every step and ultimately unable to print. Please revert to the old app and test thoroughly before releasing new updates!

I click on sign in and it doesn’t work. There’s a screen to manually enter code and it won’t allow you type anything into it. There’s always a new bug with every update

Signing in only works every other day, and trying to upload any document takes 20 tries before the error message goes away. Not even telling me what error! Just a red bar with an exclamation mark when I add the documents. I would not used it if I had any other mean to print what I need.

Printer never works (but there’s never an issue with them taking your money first!). Nobody in the location knows how to sort. One of the most inconvenient services I’ve ever used

Useless. Don’t make an account. If you have an issue, they’ll tell you to delete the app and reinstall it. In the meantime they’ll delete your account.

Not sure how, but they charged me completely different price that I confirmed with them and pay with Apple Pay. It’s a scam! Be aware. I won’t ever use them again. Disgusting.
