The portal is always lagging in what has actually been used!  Not to mention the lack of coverage on meds!

I don’t why I have to keep entering a verification code. Then when trying to login the app continuously keeps reloading and makes it impossible to login. The app was doing for a little while and now it’s back to not.  I’d give it more stars if I could get on. 
I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. It still does the same thing.

The title says it all. Had to sign in using my user ID and password. What happened to facial recognition, Once I got through the two-factor authentication, the system demanded that I change my password. So I updated the password and had to go pack through the entry process. Then when I wanted to log out, the started logging back in via facial recognition before I could close the app.
