The app never recognizes my password. I have to stand in the middle of the store and wait for a code and change my password and verify that it’s me two or three times. At the same visit, I will scan an item and it says eligible and then if I scan it again, it says not eligible. The items show up if you go through the “All Items” category, which means that you have to search through a hundred items, but they don’t show up when looking in the specific category! But, I can NOT use my “Wellness” amount on my OTC card! You are supposed to to be able to but apparently the only way for me to spend that will be to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed! I’ll be losing my $285 wellness amount because I can not afford to be paying out of pocket on my set income!
