Login in issue since November 2024
Since the new update, I have not been able to log in to the app. It just keeps asking to verify my number once I enter the code that's been sent to me via text. It goes back to asking me again and again. This has been happening since November 2024. Please fix the problem.
App no longer works for me since update
Since the latest update I request a code , enter the code and it loops back to the log in screen , where I’m again asked for my number to send a code to.

This is just the same as all other sites that promise the world and delivers muck
Pretty poor really
I haven’t looked at priority rewards in ages as there are no good rewards anymore. You got rid of the free Gregg’s items and that was the last of the good rewards after getting of the Nero coffee reward sometime ago.
Loyalty probably never mattered
I’ve been with o2 for over a decade my upgrade deals are none existent and for any prize draw I’ve entered, nothing had ever been rewarded even for the things that are rather small. Even with priority for tickets to gigs there’s nothing really substantial offered for people who use o2 as a provider.
