Downloaded this app, it’s gorgeous, and went though all the steps to import content (it has its own file type, so you can’t use XMLs you may have used on other apps) and then tried to Export the character for my friend to use on her app (I’m her DM).

The app says it’s an invalid file type, but it’s really a “dm” file that can only be opened on a second, $5 app. To export from this app to another version of this app, at least one of you has to pay $15 for the pro version.

This was a deal breaker for me, but it’s a beautiful app and I hope if this isn’t a necessity for you, you’ll give it a go!

Worth every single cent. This is honestly the best D&D character app out there. It sounds like a sales pitch to say how easy it is to use, how intuitive and aesthetically pleasing it is, but it’s all true! 

Was also so impressed that I asked a question via email and was given a response mere minutes later. Sam, you’re a gem!

One suggestion...in the main list of all your character sheets, it would be pretty cool if it displayed the character image you’ve uploaded (if you have uploaded one). And also in the “Characters” sub-tab. If I’m writing down every character I see, would be cool if I could attach a little pic instead of trying to remember hem by name.

### ***** "Amazing But here’s a few suggestions"
This is the perfect app to keep track of all your characters that are perfectly by the book. I genuinely suggest getting it as it shows amazing potential and is already great for any starting out d&d player and even those who aren’t. But as for my suggestions. Allow for custom classes and races to have features. I attempted try and add a Half-Dragon Race. From the unofficial d&d wiki. dandwiki.com. But I was disappointed to find you couldn’t add them in. I also found that some feats were missing, after creating a character and you check whether it is right or not it forgets to add racial bonuses to the ability scores. And finally. Once you have finished your character and you look at its sheet. Instead of putting any weapons in the equipment section put it in the attacks and spell casting section with all of the dice needed and bonus there instead of making it so you go in and have to do it manually. Same goes with armour. Put in the AC on the sheet depending on what ever armour the character has in its equipment section. And if it has two different armours. Pick the one with the highest AC. Don’t forget to add DEX modifier. However still have it able to be overwritten. Or at least the option to swap in and out armours that the character has, this also goes for other weapons attacks or spell casting While in the creation mode. Have it so spell casting classes, can pick out their spells there before having to go into the sheet and find them. As it took me some time to actually find where they all were. And just as before have them in the attacks and spell casting section. Classes that get a form of companion, such as the BeatMaster Ranger. Should be given an extra sheet for their companion. And finally I found that the known languages and other proficiencies section was left blank when I know that there were languages known and other proficiencies to be put In there. Such as “Common” or “Simple Weapons”.  

This is all I can find currently however I will continue to scope out any flaws or bugs or things that could be improved as I definitely have high hopes for this.
