## PRIV Reviews in United States

### *---- "The worst"
I booked services a month in advance. Get a notice 36 hours before appointment that there a problem with my payment. Ok. I see it’s an old card. Deleted and added new. Still getting denied. Email customer service who tell me all is good. Nope! Wake up to date of appointment to find out they are cancelled. What a waste of an app. Deleted off my phone.

### ***** "Sabrina"
Sabrina was amazing today! She gave my daughter the best facial. She was prompt, kind and professional - I highly recommend her. I look forward to booking with her again. Jennifer

### *---- "No shows are a problem"
The biggest issue with Priv is that the ratings of the stylists/artists only incorporate the ones that were completed. If a person no shows (which has happened to me 2 out of 3 times), you are not allowed to pity hat feedback in their review bc the work was never “completed “. Therefore, people can no show or cancel at the last minute and keep their 5 star rating. Because of this and my experience with no shows particularly on this app, I’d be weary of using them for times when you really must have someone show up. They can be unreliable and there are no checks and balances to manage this in the system. Or a way for you, as the customer to know if you are choosing someone who no shows a lot or if you are getting a reliable person. I was told by priv they handle no shows behind the scenes which is probably bc they do not want those negative reviews in public.

### ***** "Hair and makeup"
Awesome service
-- Doccat100, 2025-04-14

### *---- "Horrible service"
Horrible service. Overpaid for what I received and they made me pay double because I did not like the given stylists portfolio!
-- Cpostre, 2025-03-16

### ***** "Priv"
This was a wonderful from scheduling the appointment. My therapist was highly experienced and had me relaxed with his soothing massage complete with aromatherapy. I would recommend this service to my friends and family
-- Home spa services, 2025-03-01

### ***** "Lil🫶🏼"
Absolute best.
-- Lil🫶🏼, 2025-02-21

### ***** "Ford is a rockstar!"
Could not have been happier with our day with Ford! She’s incredible. So kind, funny, personable, creative… just perfect!
-- Jaimie Hef, 2025-01-26

### ***** "Excellent service"
Highly recommended!
-- Las vegas ., 2024-12-15

### ***** "Cristal"
Cristal came in and went right to work. We explained what we wanted, and she nailed it perfectly. My daughters hair looked perfect for the pageant. We ended up booking her another time.
