Crashing in iOS 14.2 on iPhone XS Max

Current version of the app keeps crashing since my iPhone XS Max updated to iOS 14.2, uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t fix the problem.

Incomplete syncing 同步后显示不全

Free version started to have syncing problems several months ago. Entries get lost after syncing, even from the same app on the same device. I used both versions for iPhone and iPad. And it’s not limited to the new entries I recorded after this problem started to appear. All my historical entries over the years are not showing up completely. Tried to update, reinstall, contact customer service via the app and from the website, all to no avail. Downloaded this paid version, same problem. A search on the social media turns out many users have the same problem, yet nobody cares to fix it. Very disappointed. 随手记同步后显示不完全，iPhone ipad免费版和此收费版都有同样问题

Crash with iOS 13

When opening the app, it crashes right away. The issue has been reported on their website since beta test of iOS 13 several months ago but seems the developers do not give a damn. For an app that matters the most on an emphasis of daily usage, such unprofessional and irresponsible attitude are pushing more and more users towards other Bookkeeping apps. Shame on you! Users paid for it!
