Why is this only 1 sec exposure when iPhone 15 pro can shoot 30 sec in native app?

How good is a dedicated app without the gear?
The other day my verified postal address in Greece was declined, during an order I was trying to place on Moment's site. I found it to be awkward, since I've successfully bought and received a whole set of Moment goodies last November, so I talked to a company representative via their online chat service. After I was asked to try 1 our two alternative postal addresses and they were declined too, he told me that Moment stopped shipping to Greece! Giving the fact that their own products form a closed eco system, you're stacked with their case and lenses, as soon as you buy them. Most of the users are not able to buy all the Moment gear they need at once, because they're pricey. Although Moment started as a crowd-funded company, doesn't seem to bother excluding a whole EU country from their products, without any prior notice or announcement! Hope that this is a misunderstanding or a single bad decision/mistake that they can fix soon and not an actually new company policy. Please do comment if your country is excluded too from shipping. For Greeks: Do comment if you also confirm that your postal address is declined too. Thank you for your time!

The application has a lot of bugs. Badly and lacky interface in new tools like SLOW SHUTTER & VIDEO.
Perfect battery Photo case for iPhone
Great battery case and photo shoot for my Apple iPhone 8 Plus. Together with one or more lenses of the moment accompanied, it turns the smartphone into a professional camera. I strongly recommend it.

I think the phone overheats every time I use the app ...
App issue
On iPhone 6s Plus when i go manual and setting shutter speed the app close.
The free version is not better than the stock camera
And the pro features aren’t really worth €3.99.
