Calculator Pro+ for iPad

This app used to be great with only minor adds appearing at the bottom, but now it has full 30 second ads that you must watch before you can calculate. The ads pop up in the middle of your calculations, so you forget what you are doing by the time they are done. Supremely annoying! I am deleting this app, and looking for something more appropriate!

A greedy developer with banner ads has FULL SCREEN ADS one after another after just 2 calculations. These full-screen ads went on one after another for 2 minutes! And after 2 more calculations I had more long ads! I’m deleting this app after writing this review, and I wouldn’t keep it if the dev apologized and gave me the “pro” version. After my experience today that bridge was burned and what was left was swept far away.

I used to like this app, especially the way it displayed a list of your entries just below the total so you can double-check to make sure you entered all the numbers correctly, sort of like an adding machine tape. But after the update, I can’t do any calculation without annoying ads (animation, music) popping up. Time to switch.

Invasive, full-screen ads that pop-up nearly every 10-15 seconds have now made this calculator completely unusable. I understand that many free apps need ads to help keep it running, but these ones actually make it impossible work on any calculation more complicated than 2+2. Not sure what the developers were thinking here, or if they even tested it out for themselves…

The name Calculator Pro+ indicated to me, based on the items description and my App store history, that I had upgraded to NO ADDS. That I hadn't was only revealed when I checked the order and it revealed “NO UPGRADES ORDERED”. The “+” had indicated TO ME that I had ordered the upgrade. The naming is MISLEADING as the upgrade didn't show in the APP STORE when I looked and I despise ads on serious APPS. I had assumed that I had paid the $0.99 USD fee. I was wrong. It's paid now and if the ads reappear I will repost. Best wishes to all!

I blame Apple for this! The fact that they don’t include a free scientific calculator for an iPad is just insane. Things like this make me truly hate this company, Apple, because they have to know that people want such a basic app. This particular app, the free version, is absolute garbage! Because of the developers privacy policy I don’t trust them to not track what I am calculating, or other data. So, so disappointed in both Apple, this app, and the app’s developer.

I paid and they still refuse to remove the ads making the calculator useless

There are so many ads popping up that they make this app unusable. It’s pretty ridiculous to have ads on a calculator app. The ad pops up just as you’re tapping a key and it eith launches the App Store or the browser. I’ll be deleting it today.

Cannot do a simple calculation without ads. Deleting this and trying something else

You can’t do anything for the ads! Every few seconds an ad pops up and it lasts 30 seconds. I am deleting this app! Horrible! It would be awesome if there weren’t soooooo many ads!!!!!
